Zhaofeng customized 6.6KW High-Power IP67 Liquid-Cooled OBC is a core on-board charging component independently developed for new energy vehicles, mainly responsible for converting alternating current from the power grid into direct current suitable for lithium battery charging. It supports a wide input voltage range of 100-266Vac and a mains frequency of 50Hz-61Hz, which is compatible with power grids in most regions. The output direct current voltage is stable at 360V, and the output current can be flexibly adjusted in the range of 0-20A/40A/60A, meeting the charging needs of different capacity lithium batteries.

"1.The 6.6KW High-Power IP67 Liquid-Cooled OBC is installed in the designated position of the new energy vehicle's power system, and the input and output lines are connected according to the vehicle's wiring specifications, ensuring firm connection and good insulation. The liquid cooling pipeline is connected to the vehicle's cooling system to ensure smooth circulation of the cooling liquid.
2.When charging, connect the vehicle's charging gun to the AC charging pile. The OBC will automatically detect the input voltage and frequency, and communicate with the battery management system (BMS) through CAN2.0 to obtain the battery's state of charge. It will automatically adjust the output current according to the battery's demand, and complete the constant voltage and constant current charging process.
3.Regularly check the connection of the OBC's input and output lines and the tightness of the liquid cooling pipeline to prevent loose connections or liquid leakage. Check the working status of the OBC through the vehicle's instrument panel. If an abnormal alarm occurs, stop using it immediately and conduct professional maintenance.
4.For customized products, the technical personnel of our factory will carry out parameter debugging according to the vehicle model and customer needs, and provide corresponding debugging guidance and operation manual to ensure the normal use of the product."
