Our History

• After 27 years of continuous efforts, the traditional hub bearing products of Zhaofeng Co., Ltd. have reached the international advanced level. Our products include power battery charger, industrial electric vehicle controller, charging pile. Relying on the strength background of traditional industries, it has laid a solid technical foundation for the smooth implementation of the new energy electronic control division. It has a strong support for the later production capacity planning! The total investment of the New Energy Electronic Control Division project is 180,796,900 yuan, including 151,487,300 yuan for equipment investment and 29,309,700 yuan for working capital. In the future, Zhaofeng Co., Ltd. will develop from a professional hub bearing manufacturing enterprise into an innovative enterprise that can provide technical solutions for new energy vehicles!

Our Factory

• Founded in 1997 by Mr. Kong Aixiang on the banks of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Specializing in the manufacturing of automotive hub unit bearings and related products of chassis systems, it is a key national high-tech enterprise. After 25 years, Zhaofeng has been making steady progress in both traditional and new energy vehicle parts, as well as in both domestic and international markets. At present, Zhaofeng Co., Ltd. has become one of the world's leading suppliers of new energy vehicle charging system solutions, developing a complete new energy product line in the industry, covering chargers, DC conversion systems, electronic control integration systems and bidirectional charging systems. With its industry-leading R&D capabilities and strong R&D team, it provides customers with high-standard and customized technical solutions. Our products have established a complete quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 "Quality Management System Requirements" and IATF16949 "Quality Management System - Particular Requirements for the Implementation of ISO9001 for Automotive Production Parts and Related Service Parts". The product has passed the CE certification, ensuring the provision of high-quality products to customers.

We have a research and development team with solid theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience, have obtained multiple patent certificates, and own our own production base.

3. Testing institutions

We have our own testing institution. The company's testing center was accredited by CNAS(China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) in 2013.
