Strengthen Process Control and Consolidate Quality Foundation — Successful Completion of CP Knowledge and Preparation Guidance Training

To further standardize production process control and enhance the team’s understanding and preparation capabilities of Control Plan (CP), the company organized a special training on CP knowledge and preparation guidance in Meeting Room 1 of the Office Building from 16:30 to 17:30. Led by a senior quality expert, the training was actively attended by core backbones from various departments and relevant staff, who together explored the quality code for efficient operations.

At the beginning of the training, the lecturer elaborated on the core value of CP, clarifying that the Control Plan serves as a critical link connecting product design and mass production, and is an essential document for ensuring stable product quality and meeting customer requirements. Subsequently, combining the company’s actual business, the lecturer divided CP preparation into three stages: Prototype Control Plan, Pre-production Control Plan, and Production Control Plan, clearly sorting out the priorities and application scenarios of each stage to help participants establish a complete knowledge framework.

In the core content session, the lecturer provided detailed guidance on the standardized preparation of Control Plan header information. It was emphasized that the header must include basic information such as Control Plan No., Part Name/Description, Part No., and Core Team to ensure the traceability and accountability of the document. Meanwhile, combining practical cases, the lecturer dissected and demonstrated key modules including process flow analysis, control method selection, and reaction plan formulation, making abstract theoretical knowledge intuitive and easy to understand.

During the training, participants listened carefully and took detailed notes, conducting in-depth interactive exchanges with the lecturer on the difficulties encountered in daily CP preparation work. The lecturer answered questions one by one and shared a wealth of practical experience and techniques, effectively resolving the confusions of everyone in actual work.
