21KW Wall-mounted Three-phase AC Charging Pile is a high-power home/commercial AC charging station installed on fixed walls or pillars. It is an upgraded choice over the current single-phase charging stations (7kW) and can significantly improve charging speed.

· Users whose home electricity conditions allow for three-phase power application and who wish to make long-term preparations for future vehicle replacement.

· Family users who own multiple electric vehicles or have a very long daily driving mileage.

Warranty provisions

1. The warranty period for this product is two years.

2. During the warranty period, if a fault occurs under normal use in accordance with the user instructions, it will be repaired free of charge (as determined by the company's official staff).

3. The charging equipment can also enjoy the above relevant warranty terms except for the following issues:

1) Unable to provide a warranty certificate, or the content on the warranty certificate does not match the physical identification of the product to be repaired or has been altered;

2) Unable to provide a valid invoice;

3) Exceeding the manufacturer's specified warranty period;

4) Not used, maintained, or kept in accordance with the requirements of the product user manual;

5) Damage or failure caused by foreign objects entering;

6) Damage caused by disassembling the three-package repair machine without authorization;

7) Damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning, excessively high voltage, earthquake, fire, flood, etc.);

8) Faults and damage caused by other unavoidable external factors;

9) Damage caused by improper use of the equipment or other solutions;

10) Damage caused by regulations other than power supply and voltage.

4. We only make the above guarantees and do not make any other express or implied warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). In no event shall the company be liable for any special, incidental, or indirect damages.

Packaging and shipping

Standard Packaging: Each unit is packed in an individual cardboard box, with EPE foam for internal reinforcement. The outer packaging is a wooden crate or pallet, suitable for sea freight.

Shipping Information:

Delivery Time: 15-20 working days for standard orders, 30 working days for custom orders.

Minimum Order Quantity: 50 units (mixed models allowed).
