7KW Floor-standing AC Charging Pile

This product is a 7KW floor-standing AC charging pile, used for AC charging of electric vehicles. It is mainly composed of parts such as the charging pile body, rear installation panel, charging gun cable, and installation accessories package. It features functions including charging protection, card swiping charging, QR code scanning charging, mobile payment, network monitoring, and remote upgrade.

- The device strictly follows modular design principles: the communication module is plug-and-play, compatible with Ethernet/GPRS/3G/4G modules, allowing users to select according to actual needs; the structure is compatible with both wall-mounted and floor-standing installation methods. A wall-mounted charging pile can be converted to floor-standing installation by adding a pole without altering its structure or adding other accessories.

Installation Method

1) The concrete foundation for the charging pile should have a strength of C25. The underground part is 400mm, and the above-ground part is 200mm. The concrete dimensions are 400*250mm. The foundation should have a buried outlet pipe at the center, and 4 M10*60 expansion bolts should be fixed on the foundation.

2) Secure the rear panel to the column using M6*15 stainless steel screws.

3) The input line is pulled from the pre-buried pipe in the foundation through the interior of the column to the dedicated inlet socket.

4) This device comes with an input cable from the factory. If you need to extend the length of the input cable, you must extend it according to the correct cable connection method. Insert the three cables (live wire, neutral wire, ground wire) into the terminal block according to the wiring labels to complete the wiring; (since the device has a high current, the extension cord should ensure a reliable connection).

5) To prevent the risk of electric shock, the input ground wire of the equipment must be firmly grounded.
